1. Choose the match in the official ticket shop
Use the ticket section on slbenfica.pt. Check the opponent, competition, venue and kick-off details before making travel plans. LuzAlert does not sell tickets: our alerts point you to the club’s own purchase page.
Ticket prices and purchase conditions depend on the fixture and seat. Use the price and conditions displayed by Benfica, rather than assuming one price range applies to every game.
2. Read the sales phases before joining a queue
A fixture can have priority phases or membership requirements. Read the match-specific announcement to see who can buy, when each phase starts and how many tickets can be purchased.
As a tourist without Benfica membership, look for a public-sale phase that permits your purchase. Do not buy someone else’s membership details or assume a third-party listing removes the club’s restrictions.
3. Check official member resale, too
Benfica has an official secondary market for eligible Red Pass seats. A returned seat can become another purchase opportunity, but inventory and buyer eligibility remain subject to the club’s rules.
Keep checking the official match page if the initial allocation is unavailable. No alert service can guarantee that a seat will be available or that you qualify to buy it.
4. Keep the ticket and follow the match’s entry rules
Keep your purchase confirmation and the ticket format supplied by Benfica. Follow the club’s instructions on identification, ticket holders, access and prohibited items for that match.
Before travelling, check the latest kick-off time and venue. Contact Benfica through its official website if your eligibility or entry documents are unclear.
