Check the announcement for your fixture
Open Benfica’s official ticket shop and find the match you want. Read its sales notice for the opening date and time, membership conditions and purchase limits.
Do not plan around an assumed seven-to-fourteen-day window. Different fixtures can have different schedules, and a published sale phase may not be open to the general public.
Member priority is not the same as public sale
When a notice lists several sales phases, check the conditions of each one. An opening for eligible members is not an opening for every supporter.
For a tourist or non-member, the important question is not just ‘are tickets on sale?’ but ‘does this phase allow me to buy?’ Public availability cannot be guaranteed for high-demand matches.
Official resale is another opportunity, not a timetable
Eligible Red Pass holders can use Benfica’s official secondary market. Returned seats depend on holder participation and the club’s rules; they are not guaranteed to appear at a fixed time before kick-off.
Check the official purchase page for availability and eligibility. Treat any claimed ‘last-minute release time’ as unconfirmed unless Benfica has announced it for that fixture.
Choose the alert tier for the match you want
LuzAlert sends ticket alerts through Telegram or WhatsApp, or both—not email. Free covers regular league home fixtures and early domestic cup rounds. VIP adds European games, the Porto and Sporting clashes, and high-demand knockout stages.
VIP is €10 per year. Big-match teasers in free channels are delayed, so they are not the same as an immediate VIP alert. Alerts do not reserve seats or bypass membership rules.
